Colombia, 2. Spanish speaking country in the world

Colombia with second-most Spanish speaking  people

“Colombia is renowned for many extremely good things – its history, culture and natural wonders, to name just a few. Most people, however, will be aware that it also has a somewhat darker side – a not insignificant export of illicit narcotic substances, although that seems to become more under control now. But remember, that is the side of things that tourists traveling with a reputable tour operator will never see.”

Argentina is the third largest amount of people as a country speaking Spanish

It doesn’t come as a major surprise that Spanish is the most spoken language in Argentina. It is, after all, the country’s official language. Approximately 41.7 million people in Argentina speak Spanish as their native language, and an additional million speaks it as a second language.
While Argentina’s official language is Spanish, Argentina has enjoyed so much international migration that Arabic, Italian, German, English, and French are also spoken—at least in areas throughout the country. There are also over one million speakers of various tribal languages, including Quecha and Guaraní.

Spain, the origin of the Spanish language, not counting latin

The official language of Spain is Spanish (or rather Castellano) and is understood everywhere in the country. More often than not, the people of Spain refer to their language as Castellano rather than Español because the latter can be any of the other languages spoken in the country. Castellano has deviated into other languages according to the cultural diversity of Spain and these regions are an important part of the Spanish cultural patrimony.
